We wish to inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the DRC has issued a memo to all embassies in your countries, instructing them to prioritize VISA applications for those attending the 25th Ordinary Session of the ATU Council in Kinshasa, DRC, from 08 to 10 July 2024 at the Pullman Hotel Kinshasa. Additionally, please find an attached list of negotiated hotel rates in DRC for your convenience.
